If you didn't know, I am a HUGE fan of Scotty McCreery! From the minute I saw his audition on American Idol, I knew he was "in it to win it." His first song that he wrote is called I Love You This Big and it's a really good song. I could listen to it a million times and not get tired of it.
[I know I'm about a week early . . .] But, I made this collage of lyrics from Scotty McCreery's song I Love You This Big. I thought that I would share it with you in honor of his new album that is coming out on October 4th!

Photoshoot: Leslie Ann Photography
A while ago my friend Leslie from Leslie Ann Photography took pictures of me for her blog . . . and today I returned the favor by taking pictures of her . . . [Me and Leslie] think that it really helps when you take pictures of a fellow photographer because they already know how they should pose and it just makes the process a whole lot easier!
I really like the way that these pictures turned out, and I am looking forward to my next photoshoot! Please comment on this post, let me know what you think and leave me some suggestions for next time!!

Quotography | Reflections
The other day I was outside with my dog, Hank, shooting some pictures of nature. - When I was ready to go inside, my dog ran ahead of me to the door, and was peering inside when I got up there. I took this picture of his reflection in the glass and thought that the quote "A Man's Best Friend" would go great with this picture . . . What do you think!? :)

"That's What I Love About Sundays . . ." | More Nature Pictures!
Today was a great day . . . to take some awesome pictures! . . . I took some great pictures of nature as well as some pictures from The September 11th Memorial Service that was held today at the Courthouse, Downtown Urbana - Those pictures can be viewed HERE.
I hope you enjoy looking at my pictures of nature just as much as I did taking them! :)
As you can see, my day has been filled with taking pictures! I had a lot of fun and hope that you enjoyed looking at my pictures. Please remember to Follow my blog so you can stay up to date on all the things that I am doing (and taking pictures of!) :)

. . . Later on I noticed that there was a full moon, so I decided to attempt to take some good pictures of it. . . I am very pleased with the outcome! |

Remembering September 11th, 2001
Today marked the 10 year anniversary of the terrorist attacks on the United States of America. The Twin Towers in New York City were struck by two planes that had been hijacked by terrorists. Then the Pentagon was struck by another plane, and a fourth plane was on it's way to The White House - but was overtaken by the passengers and later crashed into an empty field. Today there was a ceremony held in Downtown Urbana at the Courthouse in honor of those who were killed in the towers, and in honor of those who lost their lives in the war that broke out as a result of these terrorist attacks. Here are some photographs that I took from today's ceremony:
